AES, MoIT ink deal on Son My 2 power plant in Viet Nam

Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and US based AES Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of the Son My 2 combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant in Viet Nam on November 8.
